Use this form when your question involves your tax return, Social Security Number, tax documents, or other sensitive information. The form posts directly to TakoTax's AWS-hosted support system; the message is not routed through email and is not visible to any third party.

For questions that do not involve sensitive information (general product questions, "how do I…?", billing receipts), the regular contact channels are faster.
